BUILD YOUR BURGER (TEXAS SIZE)
This amazing favorite burger is possible because its farm raised, handcrafted and made from one cow at a time. Our ground fresh burgers are made next door at our AB. They're grilled over open flames to your preference. (No extra Cost Options: Lettuce, Onions, Pickles, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo) Addl Costs: Bacon, Fried Egg, Double Patty; Cheese Options: Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Provolone or Swiss. Grilled Options: Med Rare, Medium, Med Well, or Well. "Worth every Penny!!"
SANDWICHES:
Options: grilled peppers & Onions with melted provolone cheese flowing out of toasted open hoggie.
Premium Brisket smoked at American Butchers, creates an authentic Texas Brisket sandwich smothered on top of a fresh baked Brioche bun (Options: Pickles, raw onions and jalepeno)
Our slow-cooked tender Pulled Pork is combine with a sauce and served on our own Brioche Bun. (Options: Pickles, Onions and Jalepeno)
Of course it's served on Texas Toast and smothered with creamy Peanut Butter and your choice of Grape or Strawberry Jelly. (Options include: Toasted (really is delicious with melter PB&J inside- and to top it off you can order crust on or off, for our little guests who aren't fans of edges.
